    Research on Electromagnetic Characteristics of Spark Discharge Resulting from Electrical Equipment Faults in Mine

    • 摘要: 针对电气设备故障火花放电产生的电磁场问题进行研究,利用时域有限差分法建立电气火花放电电磁脉冲辐射的数值模型。分析电气火花放电电流方式,结合实际所测得放电电流信号,建立指数振荡衰减电流模型并对其进行仿真计算。采用强迫法放置电火花电偶极子源,通过对多个不同坐标位置下的电场分量和磁场分量解析解、数值解和实测值的数据分析,得出磁场波形轮廓近似于放电电流波形,即火花放电的近场区域内放电电流项对磁场起主要作用的结论,为电气火花电磁场测试及防护提供理论支撑。

       

      Abstract: Electromagnetic field generated by spark discharge is a potential cause for electrical equipment failure. This research focused on analyzing the electromagnetic wave at certain spots by building numeral model of electromagnetic pulse radiation around electric discharge through applying finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. According to the analysis of discharge current pattern as well as experimental current signal, exponential oscillation damping law was established and simulated. In the experimental part, electric dipole sources by which spark discharge was produced were distributed with forced distribution method. The electric and magnetic field components at multipoint were obtained, analyzed and compared with analytical model. The result shows that the magnetic waveform has a similar rough stretch with discharge current wave. This proves that the current component has a significant effect on magnetic field in the near field area of spark discharge, which provides a theoretical support on detection and prevention of electric spark.
