    Dynamics Analysis of Blocked System of Trackless Rubber-tyred Vehicle

    • 摘要: 提出一种胶轮车安全防护系统。建立了安全系统中缓冲器与制动盘的力学模型,分析了影响制动力变化的因素及阻拦索动张力变化情况,对拦阻加速度的峰值作出了参考;利用ADAMS仿真分析了缓冲器以及制动盘制动力变化情况,将仿真结果、试验数据和理论分析进行对比。结果表明:该系统能根据运输车辆的不同运行状态给予可变制动力,从而扩大了该套防跑车系统的应用范围,增加了实用性,在拦阻过程中拦阻力及拦阻加速度呈曲线变化且无冲击感,易实现柔性挡车。

       

      Abstract: The safety system of rubber-tyred vehicles is designed. The mechanics model is established in the brake disc and the buffer, the factors about influencing the change of braking force are analyzed, the tension change about wire rope is analyzed, and the reference to the peak of the acceleration is proposed, the change of the braking force of the buffer and brake disc is analyzed by ADAMS simulation. The simulation results and experimental data and theory analysis are compared. The results show that the system will give variable braking force according to different running conditions of the transportation vehicle. To expand the application range of the system, increasing its practicability, the driver will feel comfortable and achieve the flexible buffer.
