    Comprehensive Support Technology of Gob-side Entry Retaining in Soft Limestone Floor

    • 摘要: 针对软底坚硬顶板沿空留巷悬顶时间长,悬顶距大,底板松软,易造成巷道端头部位支护强度不足及顶板来压时沿下帮煤壁折断问题,提出“提高支护强度,强力实现沿空切顶”的支护理念;设计了单体液压支柱切顶与锚网护顶、混凝土垛切顶与锚网护顶、密集单体液压支柱切顶与锚网护顶3种巷旁支护方案;以滨湖煤矿泥岩底板石灰岩顶板沿空留巷为例,通过数值模拟和现场监测表明锚网+单体液压支柱切顶与锚网护顶为最优支护方案,可有效控制巷道顶板下沉并实现切顶。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that long hanging time and big hanging distance of gob-side entry retaining with hard roof and soft bottom easily cause the insufficient support strength of roadway ends and coal wall broken when the roof is weighted, the concept “to improve the support strength, to strongly achieve roof cutting along gob” is proposed; three kinds of roof support schemes are designed, such as single hydraulic prop roof cutting and anchor net roof protecting, concrete roof cutting and anchor net roof protecting, dense single hydraulic prop roof cutting and anchor net roof protecting; taking the gob-side entry retaining of the limestone roof and mudstone floor in Binhu Coal Mine as an example, through numerical simulation and in-situ monitoring, it is shown that bolt-mesh + single hydraulic pillar roof cutting and anchor net roof protecting is the optimal support scheme, which can effectively control the roof sinking and realize the roof cutting.
