    Separation Layer Determination of Composite Roof in Coal Roadway Based on Damage Analysis

    • 摘要: 针对复合顶板极易离层张拉破坏而失稳的特点,基于围岩的损伤分析,给出复合顶板离层判定模型。该模型采用Weibull统计函数和Mises屈服准则,解析围岩损伤参量,结合复合顶板岩层挠曲计算式,由下向上逐层判定复合顶板离层位置,并计算离层值。计算结果表明,该模型成功地应用于复合顶板离层判定,与现场实测值误差仅3%。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics that the composite roof is easy to appear failure and instability due to tensile damage, the decision model for separation layer of composite roof is given based on the damage analysis of surrounding rock. The Weibull statistical function and Mises yield criterion are used to analyze the damage parameters of the surrounding rock. Combined with the deflection calculation formula of composite roof rock, the separation layer position of composite roof is determined from the bottom up and the separation layer value is calculated. The results show that the modified model is successfully applied to the separation layer determination of composite roof, and the actual measured error is only 3%.
