    Study on Precursory Characteristics of Acoustic Emission of Instable Failure Coal Body with Different Sizes

    • 摘要: 利用岩石力学试验机和AMSY-6发射信号采集系统对不同尺寸强冲击倾向性煤样进行了单轴压缩的声发射测试,研究了其变形破坏过程中的声发射能量计数、振铃计数、定位事件的动态演化规律。实验结果表明:强冲击倾向性煤样声发射统计参量曲线均可以表征煤岩体失稳破坏过程,可将煤样失稳破坏过程划分为4个阶段,与应力应变曲线的压密、弹性、塑形、破坏阶段基本对应;表征煤岩失稳破坏的前兆特征包括:能量计数及振铃计数破坏前的大幅度增加,能量计数、振铃计数以及定位事件计数破坏前的声发射平静期,单位应力增量内声发射定位事件的大幅增加;试样尺寸的变化,对声发射统计参量曲线前期影响较大,对于失稳破坏的前兆特征无明显影响,尺寸效应不明显。

       

      Abstract: We apply rock mechanics testing machine and AMSY-6 acoustic emission collection system to carry out acoustic emission test of coal samples with strong impact tendency under uniaxial compress condition. The dynamic evolution laws of acoustic emission energy counting, ring counting and positioning events in the process of deformation and failure are studied. The experimental results show that statistical parametric curve of acoustic emission of coal sample with strong impact tendency can characterize the failure process of coal and rock mass. The acoustic emission curve can be divided into four stages, which are basically corresponding to the compaction, elasticity, shaping and failure stages of the stress and strain curve. The precursory features that can characterize coal and rock failure damage including energy counting and ringing count before the destruction of a substantial increase in energy count, ringing count and positioning events before the destruction of the acoustic emission before the damage period, the unit stress increment within a substantial increase of the acoustic emission in the incident. The change of sample size has great influence on the earlier stage of statistical parametric curve of the acoustic emission, which has no obvious effect on the precursory characteristics of the failure and the size effect is not obvious.
