    Proportion and Mechanical Properties of Paste-like Filling Material in Gushuyuan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前晋煤集团古书院煤矿“三下”压煤占据较大比例的现状,调查分析晋城市周边潜在的充填原材料,并对原材料进行成分测试,确定煤矸石、粉煤灰作为似膏体充填材料的主料,矿粉、生石灰、石膏为胶凝材料;其次,进行三因素三水平正交试验,采用极差分析法对试验结果进行选择,确定了似膏体材料主料的配比,即煤矸石∶粉煤灰=2∶1。接着研究了胶凝材料的配比,测试了材料的泌水率并进行了配比优化。最后,进行室外大体积固结试验,钻孔取芯加工成标准圆柱试样,测试试样单轴、破坏特征、三轴力学性能。

       

      Abstract: In view of the present situation of coal panels under buildings occupies a large proportion in Gushuyuan Mine of Jincheng Coal Group, first, we investigate and analyze the potential of filling materials around Jincheng city, and analyze the elements of the raw materials. We ultimately determine to use the coal gangue, fly ash as the main ingredient of paste-like filling material, mineral powder, lime and gypsum as gelling material. Then, we carry out three factors three levels orthogonal experiment, use the range analysis to choose the result of experiment, determine the ratio of main ingredient of paste-like filling material, that is coal gangue∶fly ash =2∶1. Follow, we study the gelling material ratio, test the exudation rate of this material, finally, we conduct outdoor large volume consolidation test, drilling cores to process the cores into standard cylindrical specimens, and test the mechanics performance of specimens under uniaxial and triaxial compressive test.
