    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology of Composite Slurry in Overlying Goaf of 010202 Working Face of Baijigou Mine

    • 摘要: 白芨沟煤矿010202区段工作面在开采过程中受到地表渣台高温火区和本煤层及邻近上覆采空区浮煤自然发火威胁,且地面裂隙发达进而导致采空区漏风严重,极易加剧煤炭自燃进而引起火灾耦合事故。因此,根据采空区火源探测技术及束管监测为采空区防灭火提供理论指导,为提高上覆采空区防灭火效果引进复合浆液防灭火理论,即在传统采空区注浆灭火的基础上加入相关添加剂来提高浆液的黏性、流动性和保湿性,在实验的基础上找出具有最佳防灭火效果的复合浆液,最后根据采空区束管监测的温度及有害气体浓度验证具备最佳浓度和黏性的复合浆液的实践效果,进而提出010202区段工作面合理的防灭火措施计划,保证工作面安全生产。

       

      Abstract: The 010202 workface of Baijigou Mine is threatened by high temperature fire area of surface slag table and spontaneous combustion of coal seam and overlying goaf float, and the goaf under the ground fissures has a serious air leakage which will also aggravate coal combustion and is easy to cause fire coupling accident. So, this paper, according to the detection technology of fire resource in goaf and beam tube theory, provides theoretical guidance for the gob fire extinguishing. In order to improve the effect of overlying gob fire extinguishing so as to introduce the theory of composite slurry fire-fighting, namely adding related additives on the traditional goaf grouting fire to improve viscosity of slurry and moisturizing effect to find out the best composite slurry which is on the basis of experiment, the rational plan about fire prevention measures of 010202 working face is proposed to make sure the safety of working face production according to the temperature and concentration of harmful gases which are monitored by gob tube to verify fire-fighting effect of composite slurry which is under the best concentration and viscosity.
