Abstract: In coal mine management,safety management responsibility is very important,for every time safety incidents will not only bring irreparable catastrophic loss to workers and their families,but also have a huge attack and negative impact to the production and operation.Therefore,in the coal mine safety management process,gradually exploring intrinsically safe mechanism is a long-term subject in front of the managers.The management form should focus on people from the basis of the initial.Based on this,taking expectancy theory as the guide,innovating safety performance appraisal,new ways of safety management are explored.
