    Technology of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face Passing Through Crossing Point Under Strong Mine Pressure

    • 摘要: 针对工作面回采期间过交岔点存在顶板管理、有害气体超限及煤层自燃等问题,以山寨煤矿11052工作面过交岔点为研究对象,通过工作面优化布置、交岔点二次补强支护、提前对交岔点进行卸压解危、防灭火设计等手段确保工作面安全过交岔点。实践证明,下分层工作面回采期间矿压显现表现为静压大、动压小的特征,通过各项技术方案执行,工作面安全过交岔点。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems such as roof management, over-limit of harmful gas and spontaneous combustion of coal seam during the period of working face passing through crossing point, taking 11052 working face passing through crossing point of Shanzhai Coal Mine as the research object, through the optimization of the working face and the secondary reinforcing support of the crossing point, the advanced pressure relief in cross-point and the design of fire preventing and extinguishing, we can ensure the safety of crossing point. According to the mining results of working face, the underground pressure behaves as large static pressure and small dynamic pressure during the mining of the lower layer working face. Through the implementation of various technical schemes, the safety crossing point of the working face is ensured.
