    A Kind of Direct Measurement Instrument for Underground Coal Seam Permeability

    • 摘要: 研发了一种井下煤层渗透率直接测定仪器,可实现煤层渗透率的井下直接测定;仪器及配套器材主要包括封孔装置及导气管路、充气装置、煤层渗透率测定仪及导流管组件等。通过重庆大学煤矿灾害动力学与控制国家重点实验室对该装置进行了校准鉴定,并利用该装置对煤层渗透率进行现场测定,测试结果表明:该装置能够实现井下现场直接测定煤层渗透率,避免了因取样的偶然性和样芯制作过程中的破坏造成的实验室测量结果失真,测试结果具有准确性和客观性。

       

      Abstract: A direct measurement device for underground coal seam permeability was developed independently; the device can directly determine the permeability of underground coal seam. The equipment and auxiliary equipment mainly include: sealing device and gas guiding pipeline, air charging device, coal seam permeability measurement device and guide pipe assembly, etc. The equipment was calibrated and verified by the State Key Laboratory of Coal Mine Disaster Dynamics and Control in Chongqing University, and the coal seam permeability of Macun Mine was measured by using the device. The results proved that the device can directly determine the permeability of coal seam underground, avoid the distortion of the laboratory measurement results caused by the accidental sampling and the destruction of the sample core, the field test results were accurate and objective.
