    Application of Distributed Laser Methane Monitoring Device in Hulusu Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下使用的传统催化燃烧甲烷传感器在使用过程中存在的问题,介绍了分布式激光甲烷监控装置的结构特征、工作原理、智能化设计及其性能特点。通过分布式激光甲烷监控装置在葫芦素煤矿井下的应用验证表明:该装置较传统催化甲烷传感器具有测量精度高、响应速度快、长期稳定性好等优势,适合煤矿井下复杂环境条件的多点瓦斯监测。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at problems existing in the use of the coal mine methane sensor, the paper introduces the distributed structure characteristics, working principle of laser methane monitoring device, intelligent design and its performance characteristics. Through the application in Hulusu Coal Mine, compared with the traditional catalytic methane sensor, it has high accuracy, fast response speed, good stability and other advantages, and is more suitable for coal mine gas monitoring under complex environment conditions.
