    Monitoring System for Underground Mobile Robot Based on OpenWrt

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于OpenWrt的井下移动监测机器人系统。系统采用基于OpenWrt系统的路由设备与无线局域网进行联接,在井下与地面控制终端之间建立起一条无线通信链路;远程监控人员通过井下移动监测机器人获取井下实时画面及相关环境成分参数;同时该设备搭载有六自由度机械手,可携带井下高清摄像头等传感器,实现无死角监测。试验结果表明:该系统可实现无线视频监测和数据传输功能,具有成本低、可靠性高、可扩展性强等优点。

       

      Abstract: We design an underground mobile monitoring robot system based on OpenWrt. The system adopts the OpenWrt routing equipment, which establishes a wireless communication link between the coal mine and the ground control terminal, and the remote monitors can obtain downhole real-time pictures and underground environmental composition parameters through the underground moving monitor robots. At the same time, the system is equipped with six degrees of freedom manipulator, which makes it be able to carry underground high-definition camera and other sensors, and realizes non-dead angle monitoring. The experimental results show that the system not only achieves wireless video monitoring and data transmission function, but also has the advantages of low cost, high reliability and strong expansibility.
