    • 摘要: 结合TRIZ的创新思路,提出了一种基于电晕带电和压电效应原理在线监测粉尘浓度的方法。首先主动式采集定量体积空气,其次在系统中针对空气中的粉尘粒子设置了电晕极化形成带有负电荷的粒子,最后通过带电电荷在电场中的迁移作用和测量电极表面压电陶瓷形变产生的电压变化值来计算测量带电粒子的重量特性,进而迭代反算出粉尘浓度。系统还具备自动吹扫功能,极大地提高了监测系统的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a method of on-line monitoring of dust concentration using corona charge and piezoelectric effect principle based on TRIZ’s innovative ideas. First of all, the system automatically collected the quantitative volume of air. Secondly, we set the corona polarization in the system to form a negatively charged particle. Finally, the weight of the particles is calculated based on the voltage change value produced by the deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic, and then, the dust concentration is calculated by iteration. The system also designed automatic purging function, which greatly improved the stability of the monitoring system.
