    • 摘要: 在危险源辨识的基础上,从控制事故的发生概率和后果的严重程度出发,建立了包含预防性措施、保护性措施和应急性措施的煤矿灾害风险管理的技术模型。根据福建煤电集团存在的主要安全问题,分别对瓦斯、水、火、粉尘、顶板5类危险源制订了预防性、保护性和应急性措施。选用Browser/Server框架开发了煤矿灾害风险管理软件,实现了危险源的动态信息管理、控制措施信息管理和应急预案管理等功能,并且在福建煤电集团有关矿井得到了应用。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of identifying danger sources,from the occurrence probability of controlling accidents and the severity of the consequences,the technology model of coal mine disaster risk management including preventive measures,protective measures and emergency measures is established.According to the main safety issues in Fujian coal and electricity group,preventive,protective and emergency measures are developed by five kinds of dangerous sources of gas,water,fire,dust and roof.Selecting coal mine disaster risk management software developed by Browser / Server framework,the dynamic information management,control measures information management and contingency plans management and other functions of dangerous sources are achieved,which has been applied in related mine of Fujian coal and electricity group.
