    “两硬”条件下回采巷道强矿压显现防治技术

    Prevention Technology of Strong Strata Behaviors of Mining Roadway with Hard Roof and Hard Coal

    • 摘要: 针对“两硬”条件下工作面回风巷强矿压显现问题,采用现场实测及理论分析的方法,对强矿压显现发生机理进行了研究,并提出采用深孔断顶爆破和大直径卸压钻孔的防治方案,确定了爆破参数和卸压孔的布置参数。通过比较采取上述措施前后工作面回风巷的变形和微震活动的强烈程度对防治效果进行检验。结果表明,深孔断顶爆破和大直径卸压孔防治措施的实施,安全释放了回采巷道煤体中聚集的弹性能,成功地破坏了采空区坚硬顶板的完整性和煤柱体的储能条件,消除了工作面回风巷强矿压显现的危险性,保证了工作面安全高效回采。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of strong strata appear of mining roadway with hard roof and hard coal, based on the field observation and theoretical analysis, the strong strata behavior of roadway is analyzed and prevention measures with break-top blast in deep hole and large diameter pressure relief hole are proposed, and the blasting parameters and the layout of the pressure relief hole are determined. By comparing the deformation of the roadway and the intensity of micro-seismic activity, the effectiveness of the prevention measures is tested. The result indicates that the prevention measures mentioned above safely release the elastic energy of the coal body in mining roadway, destroy successfully the integrity of hard roof in mined-out area and energy storage conditions of coal pillars, eliminate the dangerousness of strong strata behaviors of mining roadway, ensure the safety and efficiency of the mine.
