    • 摘要: 通过对新集二矿111300综采工作面煤样氧化实验的测试确定了煤层自燃预警指标,采用在采空区现场埋管观测的方法,获得了随着工作面的推进不同推进距离下采空区气体成分的变化。依据采空区自燃“三带”划分标准,根据O2、CO的浓度变化,结合煤样氧化气体产物的变化规律,确定了111300综放工作面的“三带”范围,并计算出极限推进速度,为工作面防灭火工作的开展提供了基础参数。

       

      Abstract: The coal spontaneous combustion early-warning index is determined by the experiment of coal sample oxidation in 111300 fully-mechanized mining face in Xinji No.2 Mine. With the advancing of mining face, the changes of gas composition are recorded by the buried pipe in the gob. According to the division standard of “three-zone” of spontaneous combustion area and the concentration variation of O2 and CO and combined with the changing laws of oxidation gas products of coal samples, the “three-zone” of 111300 fully-mechanized top-coal caving face are determined, the limit mining speed is also calculated, which provides the basic parameters for the fire preventing and extinguishing work.
