    • 摘要: 为确定邻近煤层同采工作面合理错距,以赵庄煤矿9#、10#煤层同采工作面为研究背景,运用理论计算、数值模拟对比分析了同采工作面在减压区、稳压区内布置方式可行性,并模拟分析了同采工作面合理错距。研究结果表明:上煤层开采对底板的最大破坏深度为9.11 m,对工作面后方底板扰动范围为33.15 m,此邻近煤层间距下应采取稳压区内布置形式,确定下煤层工作面应布置在上煤层工作面稳压区范围内,且合理错距应不小于35 m。现场矿压实测得知:在合理错距下,工作面来压较缓和,周期来压不明显,工作面可安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the rational alternate distance of simultaneous mining face in ultra-close coal seams, taking simultaneous mining face arrangement in ultra-close coal seams in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine 9# and 10# seams as the research background, we used the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation to comparatively analyze the feasibility of the rational alternate distance of simultaneous mining face of decompression and regulator zone, and simulation calculated the rational alternate distance of simultaneous mining face. The results show that the upper coal seam made the maximum failure depth of the coal seam on the bottom floor is 9.11 m, disturbed range of the bottom floor of behind the working face is 33.15 m, and determine working surface of the bottom coal seam should be arranged in regulator zone of working surface of upper coal seam, and rational alternate distance should be less than 35 m. Field measure results show that: the working face is under reasonable and wrong distance, the working face is less pressure, the cycle is not obvious, the working face can be safely returned.
