    • 摘要: 为了应用技术手段预防和控制(预控)作业人员的违章行为,分析研究违章带电作业造成的瓦斯爆炸事故案例,向井下电工调查违章带电作业过程,把违章带电作业过程进行分解成:遵/违章选定过程、违章初始状态、违章过渡过程、“触线”状态、违章危险作业过程、违章停止状态。在违章过渡过程中,违章者拿着工具质点(或徒手)运动,还没有越过违章红线,是安全的,并且其运动状态符合牛顿第二定律,可用微分方程描述,该方程就是违章状态方程。违章状态方程可作为大数据分析研究违章行为的定量分析模型之一。

       

      Abstract: In order to use technical means to prevent and control the violating behavior of operating personnel, research and analysis of gas explosion accidents caused by violating and hot-line operation have been carried out. After making investigation from electricians working in coal mine pits, the process of violating and hot-line operation is decomposed into selecting process of observance/violation, violation initial state, violation transition process and state of touching “red line”, violating dangerous operation process and violation stop state. In the violation transition process, the violator, with the tool (or unarmed) to carry out particle movement, has not crossed the red line and is safe, and its motion state obeys Newton’s second law so that it can be represented by a differential equation which is the equation of violation state. The state equation of violation can serve as one of quantitative analysis models for analyzing rules-violating behaviors by big data.
