    • 摘要: 在认真研究“三位一体”安全生产管控体系实质与内涵的基础上,创新提出了预控体系模型和实施路径,并借助信息化手段,实现安全生产的智能管控。在技术保障体系建设上,建立了危险源大数据集成、过程精准控制、指标充分量化及闭合管理纠偏等相关机制。“三位一体”整体解决方案在内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市实施以来,取得了十分显著成果。安全生产管控体系关键技术研究成果具有广泛的推广应用价值。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of careful study of the essence and connotation of “three-in-one” safety management and control system, we propose model and implementation path of the precontrol system, and realize the intelligent control of safe production by means of information technology. In the construction of technical guarantee system, we established the related mechanisms including big data integration, precise control of process, full quantization of indexes and deviation of closure management. The “three-in-one” solution has achieved remarkable results since its implementation was carried out in Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The research results of key technologies of safety production control system have wide application value.
