    Practice and Exploration on Creating “an Intelligent Mine” in Chahasu Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 智能化矿井通过监测监控设备,对矿井安全生产和经营管理信息进行采集、分析和处理。通过介绍察哈素煤矿创建智能化矿井中数据采集层、网络传输层、数据储存层、核心应用层、决策控制层和数据发布平台及信息展示平台等5个层、2个平台即“七位一体”的构架和特点,总结该矿创建智能化矿井实现的效果,分析了目前存在的问题与不足,提出今后建设智能化矿井在基本术语、架构层级划分和增加环保、质量标准化内容的改进意见,进一步推动了矿井安全、高产高效以及综合管理水平的提高。

       

      Abstract: Intelligent mine collects, analyzes and processes information of mine safety production and operation management through monitoring and monitoring equipment. This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the intelligent data acquisition layer, network transport layer, data storage layer, core application layer, decision control layer, data publishing platform and information display platform, which is five layers and two platforms namely “seven-in-one”, in the creating intelligent mine of Chahasu Coal Mine. The paper summarizes the results of realizing the intelligent mine, analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings, proposes the improvement suggestions on basic terms, framework layer division, and adding new content of environmental protection and quality standardization in the construction of a intelligent mine.
