    束缚水钻井液及其在煤层气水平井中的应用

    Application of Bound Water Drilling Fluid in CBM Horizontal Well

    • 摘要: 为降低钻井液中自由水对煤层气水平井井壁稳定和储层保护造成的不利影响,在评价钻井液处理剂束缚自由水能力基础上,开发出煤层气束缚水钻井液,其配方为:清水+0.1%纯碱+(0.5~0.8)%束缚水胶凝剂+(0.5~1.0)%水基润滑剂,对比评价了束缚水钻井液与清水、氯化钾盐水和黄原胶钻井液在煤层保护和井壁稳定性能上的差异。性能评价结果表明,束缚水钻井液自由水含量低,封堵能力强,侵入煤层滤失量少,对煤岩强度影响小,稳定煤层井壁能力优于清水和氯化钾盐水;稳定井壁和保护煤层能力优于现有的黄原胶钻井液。现场应用结果表明,束缚水钻井液可以较好地解决目前煤层气水平井储层保护和井壁稳定之间的矛盾,有较好的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the adverse effects of free water in the drilling fluid on the well wall stability and reservoir protection of CBM horizontal wells, the bound water drilling fluid, its formula was clear water +0.1% soda +0.5% to 0.8% bound water gelling agent + 0.5% to 1.0% water-based lubricant, was developed on the basis of evaluating the ability of the drilling fluid treatment agent to bind the free water. The performance evaluation results of CBM-bound water drilling fluid show that the free water content is low, the plugging ability is strong, the loss of the invasion coal rock is small, and the effect on the coal rock strength is little. The ability of stabilizing well wall and protecting coal reservoir of the bound water drilling fluid are better than xanthan drilling fluid which is used at present. The field application results show that the bound water drilling fluid can solve the contradiction between reservoir protection and wellbore stability of CBM horizontal well at present.
