    • 摘要: 含微生物压裂液在进入煤储层后,会产生较高的毛管压力,且随着微生物产气的进行毛管压力有增大的趋势,易导致严重的水锁伤害。采取向压裂液中添加表面活性剂的方法减缓含微生物压裂液造成的水锁伤害,并通过测试所选表面活性剂AN降低煤储层毛管压力的有效性以及表面活性剂AN与含微生物压裂液的配伍性,对表面活性剂在含微生物压裂液中的适用性进行了研究。结果表明,添加表面活性剂AN能够有效降低毛管压力,有利于减缓水锁伤害;在微生物产气过程中,表面活性剂AN被消耗,截至产气结束有部分表面活性剂AN继续保持活性,并对储层毛管压力有一定的降低作用,且表面活性剂AN的加入不会影响微生物产气。因此,向含微生物压裂液压裂液中添加表面活性剂AN具有较好的适用性。

       

      Abstract: High capillary pressure will be produced when the fracturing fluid containing microorganisms is pressed into coal reservoir. There is a tendency that the capillary pressure will increase as the microorganisms produce gas, which is likely to cause serious water blocking damage. In this paper, adding surfactant is adopted to control water blocking damage. The efficiency of reducing capillary pressure of coal reservoir by surfactant AN and the compatibility of surfactant AN and the fracturing fluid containing microorganisms is tested for the study of the applicability. The results show that adding surfactant AN can reduce the capillary pressure, and is beneficial to mitigate water blocking damage. On the other hand, during the gas production, surfactant AN will be consumed. Until the end of gas production, partial surfactant AN remains active which has some effects on reducing the capillary pressure, and it would not influence gas production. Therefore, adding surfactant AN to the fracturing fluid containing microorganisms is applicable.
