    特厚煤层瓦斯综合治理技术及效果分析

    Technology and Effect Analysis of Gas Comprehensive Treatment in Extra Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了保障急倾斜特厚煤层开采矿井的正常、有序开采,针对急倾斜特厚煤层赋存及矿井开拓、开采情况,采取了包括顺层长钻孔抽采、卸压拦截抽采、顶板走向高位钻孔抽采和采空区埋管抽采的综合瓦斯治理技术。研究表明:工作面预抽率达到42.7%,回采期间工作面瓦斯抽采率达到80%以上,卸压瓦斯拦截抽采呈现明显的减小-增大-减小的规律,工作面在回采期间实现了瓦斯零超限,确保了矿井的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the normal and orderly exploitation of coal mine, according to the occurrence of steep and extra thick coal seam and the mining condition, we use the comprehensive treatment technology which includes long bedding borehole drainage and pressure relief interception drainage and roof high level borehole mining and mining drainage pipe etc. The research shows that the pre-pumping rate of working face reached 42.7%, working face gas drainage rate reached more than 80%. The pressure relief gas interception extraction takes on obviously decrease - increase - decrease law, and working face realizes the gas zero over-limit during the recovery period, which ensures the safe production of the mine.
