    Reason Analysis and Prevention Technology of Low Oxygen Concentration at Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对上湾煤矿 22102 综采工作面在回采过程中发生的低氧现象,分析研究了导致低氧的原因,提出应用均压通风解决此问题,并对现场进行实测,根据监测结果对通风参数进行了优化。同时,采取挡风帘和导风帘的安设、采空区封堵漏风和加强监测监控等综合防治技术措施,确保回风隅角氧气浓度处于正常水平,实现矿井安全、高效生产。

       

      Abstract: According to the low oxygen phenomenon occurred at 22102 fully-mechanized coal mining face in Shangwan Mine during the mining process, we study the causes of low oxygen and propose the application of pressure balancing ventilation to solve this problem, and carry out field measurement. According to the monitoring results, we optimize ventilation parameters. At the same time, by taking integrated control technique measures such as installing air resisting curtain and air guiding curtain, sealing air leakage of mined out areas and strengthening monitoring and control, the oxygen concentration is at normal level and safe and efficient production of mine is guaranteed.
