    • 摘要: 神华新疆能源公司屯宝煤矿I011402工作面回撤周期长达近2个月,为防治工作面架后遗煤氧化自燃,消除工作面受火灾威胁,针对屯宝矿近距离煤层群综放开采及煤层自燃特点,首先对矿井进行漏风测定,再制定综合防灭火方案;采取自然发火预警监测、帷幕注氮、预防性灌浆、封堵漏风通道及钻孔注防灭火材料等综合技术措施,保障了工作面安全回撤。

       

      Abstract: The retracement cycle of I011402 working face in Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Company Tunbao Coal Mine is nearly 2 months. In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal at the working face and eliminate the fire threat of the working face, for the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seam and the fully mechanized caving mining in close coal seams of Tuobao Mine, first, measuring the air leakage of mine, and then developing a comprehensive fire preventing and extinguishing program, taking natural fire warning monitoring, curtain injection nitrogen, preventive grouting, plugging air leakage channels and drilling fire prevention materials and other comprehensive technical measures, all these protect the safe retracement of work face.
