    Comprehensive Control Technology of Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Very Close Distance and Easy Spontaneous Combustion Seam

    • 摘要: 白皎煤矿属极近距离易自燃煤层开采,2464工作面回采前期曾发生过严重自燃隐患,后采取灌注液态二氧化碳等措施成功控制隐患发展,但后期回采与回撤期间采空区CO浓度仍处于高位。从煤层自燃倾向性、高位遗煤、前期隐患、地质构造等方面分析了工作面后期回采与回撤期间采空区自然发火危险性,通过采取以加强监测预报、加快回采速度、惰化采空区、减少漏风、改进回撤工艺等为主的一系列防灭火技术保障措施,采空区CO浓度保持稳定,保证了该工作面安全回采后回撤并封闭。

       

      Abstract: Baijiao Coal Mine is very close and easy spontaneous combustion coal seam, and 2464 coal mining face had serious spontaneous combustion hidden trouble in the beginning of mining. By taking measures such as filling liquid carbon dioxide after successfully controlling risk development, CO concentration is high during the late period of mining and withdrawing. From coal seam spontaneous combustion tendency, and high level residual coal, and early spontaneous combustion, and geological structure and other aspects, we analyze the risk of spontaneous combustion during the late mining and withdraw of the working face. Through taking a series of protective measures for fire-fighting techniques including strengthening monitoring forecast, speeding up mining speed, inerting gob, reducing air leakage and improving back withdrawal process, the CO concentration in goaf is stable, which ensures that the working face is retreated and closed after withdrawing.
