    Application of Precise Directional Drilling Technology in Water Detection and Water Release of Old Goaf in Steep Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤层老空区积水探放距离远、难度大、工期长、成本高的问题,将精确定向钻进技术应用于急倾斜煤层老空区探放水中,并比较了定向钻进技术与排水巷技术的工期和成本。结果表明:精确定向钻进技术能够解决老空区积水的探放水难题,单孔钻探距离可达712 m;与施工排水巷相比,工期和成本均可减少约2/3;钻孔设计应尽可能预先判断积水区的最低位置,钻孔应沿煤层顶板钻进至积水区附近后从煤层顶板进入积水区。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of long distance of water detection and water release, large construction difficult, long duration and high cost in old goaf, precise directional drilling technology was applied to water detection and water release of old goaf in steep coal seam, the duration and cost of directional drilling technology and drainage roadway technology were compared. The results show that precision directional drilling technology can solve the problem of water detection and water release of old goaf in steep coal seam. Single-hole drilling distance is 712 m. Compared with drainage roadway construction, the duration and cost of precision directional drilling technology can be reduced by about 2/3. Exploration and drainage drilling design should determine the lowest position of the water area as far in advance as possible. Drilling should be along the coal seam roof into the vicinity of the water area from the coal roof into the water area.
