    窄体全液压履带钻机的研制与应用

    Development and Application of Narrow Body Full Hydraulic Track Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 为了快速、高效的在义煤集团等矿区狭窄巷道条件下钻进,在现有履带钻机的基础上研制了窄体全液压履带钻机,并将国产泵、阀在履带钻机上推广应用,配合其它附件进一步提升液压系统的清洁度,延长了液压元件的使用寿命。通过现场工业性实验证明,该窄体全液压履带式钻机能够施工跨带式输送机钻孔和超前探及测压钻孔,对狭窄巷道-90°~90°倾角的多层孔、跨带式输送机本煤层、邻近煤层及穿层孔的施工具有较强的适应性。

       

      Abstract: In order to quickly and efficiently drilling in the narrow tunnel conditions of Yima Coal Mining Group, On the basis of the existing crawler drill, a full hydraulic crawler drill is developed. The domestic pump and valve are used to promote the application on the crawler rig, and the cleaning degree of the hydraulic system can be further improved with other accessories, and the service life of hydraulic components is prolonged. Through field industrial experiments, the narrow-body full-hydraulic crawler drill can be used to construct drill and advance pressure measured drilling, and has strong adaptability to multi-layer hole from - 90° to 90° angle in narrow alley, the coal seam of straddle conveyor, the adjacent coal seams and through beds holes construction.
