    Network Protection for Single-phase Grounding in Intelligent Power Supply System of Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 探讨了基于IEC 61850通信标准的煤矿智能供电系统单相接地网络保护。鉴于网络保护采用“网采网跳”的方式,因而对高速过程层采样值实时性的要求比传统保护方式高,所以对过程层采样值同步技术和GOOSE网络延时进行了分析;设计了单相接地网络保护动作逻辑以及保护算法流程,以此改善传统保护缺点,简化保护复杂性,提高保护动作的选择性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the network protection of single-phase grounding of coal mine intelligent power supply system based on IEC 61850 communication standard. In view of the network protection by “net sampling and net tripping” way, the requirements for real-time sampling value of high-speed process layers are higher than that of traditional protection way, so the process layer sample value synchronization technology and GOOSE network delay are analyzed in the paper. Finally, in order to improve the traditional protection shortcomings, simplify the protection complexity and enhance the protection selectivity and reliability, the paper designs single phase grounding network protection operation logic and protection algorithm flow.
