    监控与应急广播系统联动的实现

    • 摘要: 为了解决《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》通知中关于多系统融合的问题,实现煤矿环境监测与人员定位、应急广播系统联动与融合的功能要求,结合新监控系统开发项目,有针对性的提出新监控系统与现有应急广播系统KT219及KJ405T人员定位系统进行融合的有效实施方案。主要采用地面融合的方式,通过定时推送消息的方式进行联动互动;有效解决了多系统融合的问题,满足《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》通知要求,避免了单一系统的信息孤岛问题。多系统之间重要信息的及时交互,可对瓦斯超限、瓦斯突出预警、火灾预警等重大灾害事件的发生进行及时地通知与广播,并充分保障井下作业人员生命安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of multi-system integration in the notification of technical proposal on improving and upgrading of coal mine safety monitoring system, to realize the coal mine environmental monitoring and personnel orientation, the function of the emergency broadcasting system linkage and integration, combined with the development project of the new monitoring system, we targetedly propose the effective implementation plan for merging new monitoring system and existing KT219 emergency broadcast system and KJ405T personnel positioning system. We mainly adopt the way of the ground fusion to carry out linkage and interaction through regular pushing message to effectively solve the problem of system integration, which satisfies the notification requirements of technical proposal on improving and upgrading of coal mine safety monitoring system, and avoids the problem of information island of a single system. The timely interaction of important information between multiple systems, can timely inform and broadcast the occurrence of major disasters such as gas overlimit, gas outburst early warning and fire warning, and fully guarantee the life safety of underground operators.
