    Intelligent Control System of Mine Vehicle Speed Protection Based on Out of Control Protection

    • 摘要: 介绍了矿用车辆在选型及使用过程中存在的安全问题,分析目前保护方法存在的问题;基于当前斜巷矿用车辆速度失控缺少有效防护的现状,设计并开发了车辆速度失控智能保护系统及保护装置,并进行了相关的试验检验。试验结果表明:该系统的柔性拦截缓冲效果明显,矿用车辆速度失控能得到有效防护,司乘人员无不良反应。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the safety problem of mine vehicles existing in the process of selection and use, analyzes the existing problems of current protection methods. Based on the current situation of lack of effective protection for mine vehicles’ speed out of control in inclined roadway, intelligent protection system and protection device for vehicle speed out of control are designed and developed, and the related tests are carried out. The test results show that the system has the advantages of flexible interception and buffering effect, and the speed out of control for mine vehicles can be effectively protected.
