    Study on Static Crushing Deformation and Dynamic Indentation Rolling Resistance of Conveyor Belt

    • 摘要: 为了研究输送带与托辊接触区域的压陷状态,推导了静态最大压陷变形量与动态压陷滚动阻力的数学模型,并重点分析了温度对其的影响规律;结果基本符合现实工程的实际变化规律,这对于带式输送机的设计具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the indentation of contact area between belt and roller, the mathematical models of the static maximum crushing deformation and dynamic indentation rolling resistance are deduced, and the influence of temperature on them is analyzed. Based on that, the results are approximately consistent with the actual changes of reality engineering, which can guide the design of belt conveyors.
