    Measuring Instrument for Mine-used Intrinsically Safe Drilling Depth

    • 摘要: 利用机械波沿钻杆传播原理,应用计算机技术、IEPE压电式加速度传感器技术研制了矿用本安型钻孔深度探测仪;采用基于X86平台的数据采集软件设计、前后时窗比法触发采集技术、多线程技术及反射信号自动检测技术等,实现了采集参数设置、采集波形的可视化显示及文件管理等功能。钻孔深度测量范围为10~200 m,测量误差1% FS以内,探测仪具有操作简便、易维护等优点。现场施工结果表明:该仪器稳定性好,测量精度高。

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of mechanical wave propagating along the drill pipe, a mine intrinsically safe drilling depth measuring instrument is developed using computer technology and the IEPE piezoelectric acceleration sensor technology. The related data acquisition software is developed on X86 software design platform with data collection technology triggered by front and rear window ratio method, multithreading technology, reflected signal automatic detection technology, and so on. The visualization of the sampling parameters setting, waveform display, file management, and other functions are realized for convenience of the users. The range of drill depth measurement is 10 m to 200 m, with measuring error controlled in 1% FS. The instrument has the advantages of easy operation and easy maintenance, improving the construction efficiency greatly. According to the results of field application, the instrument has good stability and high precision.
