    Gas Drainage Technology with Long Vertical Pipe in Gob of Fully Mechanized Coal Working Face

    • 摘要: S2107工作面为高瓦斯工作面,采用“U”型通风方式,上隅角处经常发生瓦斯超限。为了降低上隅角瓦斯浓度,保证综采工作面安全高效回采,通过在S2107工作面进行长立管埋管瓦斯抽采,解决了S2107工作面的上隅角瓦斯超限问题。经工业性试验表明,长立管埋管瓦斯抽采技术可以降低“U”型工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度,减少瓦斯预警次数。

       

      Abstract: The S2107 working face is the high gas working face, and the upper corner has gas overrun problem due to the U-shaped ventilation way. In order to reduce the gas concentration in the upper corner and ensure the safe and efficient recovery of the working face, the long riser pipe gas extraction technology is used at S2107 working face to solve gas overrun problem in upper corner of S2107 working face. Industrial test shows that buried long riser pipe gas extraction technology can reduce the gas concentration in upper corner of U-shaped working plane, and reduce the number of gas early warning.
