    Application of Internal Bracing and U-shaped Yieldable Steel Frame in Roadway Support

    • 摘要: 针对软岩巷道中U型钢支架失稳破坏问题,运用力法原理对有无内撑式可缩性U型钢支架的轴力和弯矩进行理论计算;结合工程现场考察,提出了“内撑式可缩性U型钢支架+锚网索”的联合支护方案。结果表明:巷道两帮最大移近量为40.90 mm左右,顶底最大移近量为62.45 mm左右,支架变形不超过15 mm,工程应用效果较好。

       

      Abstract: According to the instability problem of U-shaped steel frame in soft rock roadway, the mechanics principle was applied to calculate the axial force and bending moment with or without internal bracing in U-shaped yieldable steel frame. Combining with the engineering field research, we propose the combined support design type of internal bracing in U-shaped yieldable steel frame and anchor mesh cable. The results show that the max convergence between the two walls of the roadway was about 40.90 mm only and the max convergence between the roof and floor was about 62.45 mm.The deformation of support is not more than 15 mm and the engineering application effect is good.
