    Study on Stress and Stability of Coal Wall in Fully-mechanized Working Face with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 利用煤壁力学模型,分析工作面前方支承压力与煤层压缩角之间的关系,结合成庄矿4322工作面的实际情况,研究大采高综采工作面煤壁应力,计算得出煤壁上的应力为15.0 MPa,工作面前方支承压力峰值为22.6 MPa,煤壁极限平衡区宽度为16.4 m。利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,求解工作面回采150 m后煤壁的应力,以验证理论计算结果,通过分析工作面中部和端头煤壁的塑性破环范围,研究4322工作面煤壁稳定性。结果表明:工作面两端头煤壁比中部煤壁容易发生片帮。根据工作面前方支承压力分布规律和煤壁前方塑性区范围,研究大采高综采工作面煤壁片帮机理,提出煤壁片帮防治措施。

       

      Abstract: Based on the coal wall mechanics model, the relationship between the front abutment pressure of the working face and the compression angle of the coal seam is analyzed. Combining with the actual situation of 4322 working face in Chengzhuang Coal Mine, the stress of coal seam in fully mechanized coal mining face with large mining height is studied. The stress on the coal wall is calculated to be 15.0 MPa, the peak value of the front abutment pressure of the working face is 22.6 MPa, and the width of limit equilibrium zone of the coal wall is 16.4 m. The numerical simulation software FLAC3D is used to solve the stress of coal wall after mining 150 m to verify the theoretical calculation results. By analyzing the plastic breaking range of the central and end coal walls of the working face, the stability of coal wall in 4322 working face is studied. It is shown that the coal wall at both ends of the working face is easier to rib spalling than the middle coal wall. According to the law of the front abutment pressure of the working face and the area of the plastic zone in front of the coal wall, the mechanism of coal wall rib spalling in the fully mechanized coal mining face is studied, and the measures are taken to prevent the coal wall rib spalling.
