    Stability Analysis and Support Technology of Surrounding Rock of Coal Roadway with Composite Roof

    • 摘要: 针对西南某煤矿采区巷道顶板为复合顶板,两帮强度低,传统架棚支护难以控制围岩变形量大这一问题,采用数值模拟的方法,系统分析研究了复合顶板巷道围岩稳定机理,得出复合顶板煤巷两帮及顶板浅部以及围岩深部破坏形式为拉剪混合破坏,巷道顶板浅部破坏形式主要为拉破坏,而锚杆的作用可明显减少巷道围岩深部以及两帮浅部的拉剪破坏,增强了巷道稳定性。结合工作面的实际地质概况,确定了巷道的支护参数,并进行了工业性试验,证明了所提出的支护参数有效约束了围岩变形,验证了研究成果的合理性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of composite roof, low strength of two-side and difficult control of the large deformation by traditional shed support in mining roadway of a southwest coal mine, using numerical simulation method, the paper analyze the stability mechanism of roadway surrounding rock with composite roof, the damage of two sides and shallow roof and deep surrounding rock of coal roadway with composite roof is in the form of tension shear damage and failure form of shallow roof is mainly tensile failure, and the function of the bolts can significantly reduce the tension shear failure of deep surrounding rock and two sides and shallow roof, enhance the stability of roadway. Combined with the actual geological survey of the working face, the support parameters of the roadway are determined. The results of the experiments show that the proposed parameters can effectively restrain the deformation of the surrounding rock, and verify the rationality and reliability of the research results.
