    Surrounding Rock Failure Analysis and Its Support in Large Mining Height and Thick Top Coal Roadway

    • 摘要: 为解决大采高厚顶煤综放回采巷道围岩控制难题,以同忻矿2101运输巷为工程背景,通过实验室实验、数值分析及现场应用监测等手段对巷道围岩力学性质和变形破坏机制进行研究并据此确定了巷道支护方案。研究表明:随围压的增加,煤岩样峰值强度及变形显著增加,产生明显的塑性变形并出现塑性强化和扩容现象,使煤岩由延性向脆性转变;巷道顶板、两帮、两肩是变形破坏的主要区域,高剪切应力和水平压应力是巷道围岩破坏的主因,巷道顶板和两帮侧的应力升高区相互贯通,形成围岩深部的承载结构,而其内部破碎煤岩则是巷道围岩控制的主要对象;提出了巷道支护可行方案,并对各方案支护效果进行了模拟分析,确定最优方案并进行现场试验,现场监测巷道变形量较小,围岩完整、稳定,支护效果较好,能满足矿井安全生产要求。

       

      Abstract: To solve the surrounding rock control of large carving and thick top coal roadway, 2101 haulage roadway was treated as engineering background and mechanical properties and deformation failure mechanism of surrounding rock were studied with laboratory experiments, numerical analysis and field monitoring, and at last, roadway support plan was determined. Study shows that peak strength and deformation of coal and rock samples are increasing significantly due to the confining pressure, obvious plastic deformation and plastic strengthening and expansion phenomenon occur to transform coal from ductility to brittle. The roof, two sides and the two shoulders of roadway are main deformation and failure areas, high concentrated shear stress and horizontal compressive stress are the main causes of surrounding rock failure. The stress areas of roadway roof and the two sides are connected with each other to form the surrounding rock bearing structure, and the broken coal and rock is the main object of roadway surrounding rock control. Feasible plans are proposed and the support effect simulation analysis of every plan is done, the optimal plan is determined and carried on by field test. According to monitoring, the deformation of roadway is small, surrounding rock is complete and stable, and the supporting effect is good.
