    Compound Optimization of Chemical Dust Suppressant for Dust Suppression by Spraying at Fully Mechanized Excavation Face

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿疏水性煤尘使用喷雾降尘时降尘效率低的问题,为了更好地提高喷雾降尘效果,经过研究矿山以及煤尘的实际情况初步筛选选取4种化学降尘试剂,分别用它们进行煤尘降尘试验。通过对比试验结果从中选出快速渗透剂T作为本次降尘试剂的主要成分。然后用快速渗透剂T分别与其余3种试剂进行复配优化试验,从中选择出降尘效果最好的组合配制成复配剂并将复配剂应用于综掘工作面现场。通过对比发现使用复配试剂进行喷雾降尘能更有效提高降尘效率。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of low efficiency of dust suppression by spraying of dewatering dust in coal mine, and to improve the effect of dust suppression by spraying, after studying the actual conditions of mine and coal dust, four chemical de-dusting agents were selected preliminarily, and they are used for dust fall experiments. By comparing the results of the experiment, the rapid penetrant T was selected as the main component of the dust reagent. Then, we use rapid penetrant T to carry out optimized experiment, the best combination for dust removal was selected as the compound and the compound was applied to the site of fully mechanized excavation face. It is found that the use of reagent for dust suppression by spraying can improve the efficiency of dust removal.
