    • 摘要: 为了实验模拟低温取心过程中瓦斯解吸特性,为低温取心技术提供理论参考,选用山西柳林兴无煤矿煤样,依托低温取心模拟装置,采用干冰为制冷剂,开展一定加热功率下的变温解吸。实验结果表明:伴随煤心温度变化,解吸量变化分为3个阶段:前期增加阶段、中期稳定阶段、后期增加阶段。一定加热功率下,随着吸附平衡压力的增大,前期增加阶段与后期增加阶段瓦斯解吸量增大,中期稳定阶段时间有缩短的趋势;某一温度点以下的瓦斯解吸量随着吸附平衡压力的增大而增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to simulate the gas desorption characteristics in the process of low temperature coring, and to provide theoretical reference for low temperature coring, choosing coal samples in Shanxi Liulin Xingwu Coal Mine, depending on low temperature coring simulation device, we adopt dry ice as refrigerant to carry on a certain heating power to change temperature desorption. The experimental results show that the change of desorption quantity is divided into three stages: the early increase stage, the middle steady stage and the later increase stage. Under a certain heating power, with the increase of adsorption equilibrium pressure, the gas desorption capacity increases in the early stage and the later stage, and the middle stability phase has a tendency of shortening. The gas desorption amount below a certain temperature is larger with the increasing of adsorption equilibrium pressure.
