    • 摘要: 针对近距离煤层群开采所面临的煤层易自燃的难题,以上湾煤矿三盘区12煤层和12煤层为例,分析了当上覆12煤层回采完毕后开采12煤层工作面时,采空区遗煤自燃危险因素。建立了自燃预测预报系统,根据煤炭自燃的条件,通过对其自燃机理的分析,制定了从设计源头、工作面回采初始至采终封闭全过程防灭火措施,确保了下覆12煤层的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: For the difficult problem of spontaneous combustion in mining closed distance coal seam group, taking the 12# coal seam and 12# upper coal seam in Shangwan Coal Mine three-panel zone as the examples, the paper analyze the spontaneous combustion risk factors of residual coal in goaf when 12# coal seam working face is mined after mining overlying 12# upper coal mine. The spontaneous combustion prediction system is established according to the conditions of the coal spontaneous combustion. Through the analysis of the mechanism of spontaneous combustion, the whole process of fire prevention measures are developed from the design source, initial mining of face to stop mining and sealing, which ensures the safe mining of 12# coal seam.
