    Application of Fire Prevention Technology for Mining Face in Easy Self-ignition Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对色连二矿12205工作面临时停采以及后期恢复开采的特殊情况,分析了工作面采空区发生煤自燃的压力,并在停采和恢复开采期间制定相应的防灭火措施。根据该矿煤的易自燃特性以及采空区特殊的遗煤情况,在临时停采期间,制定了“以减少采空区漏风为主,降低采空区氧气浓度相辅助”的防灭火技术体系;恢复开采后,通过提高开采速度,加快“三带”的更迭,并采用多点连续注氮的方式降低采空区氧气浓度,防止采空区遗煤发生氧化自燃的危险。结果表明,临时停采和恢复开采的防火措施发挥了重要作用,12205工作面安全恢复生产。

       

      Abstract: For the situation that 12205 working face of Selian 2nd coalmine was faced with temporary stop production and recovery, the pressure of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf was analyzed and the plan of fire prevention was made in the special time. According to the nature of the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics and the special residual coal in goaf, technical measures which are based on the principle of fire prevention to reduce the air leakage and oxygen concentration for temporary stop production were taken, and after the recovery of mining, the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion was prevented by accelerating the speed of mining, expediting the change of the three zones and using the method of multi-point continuous injection of N2 to reduce the oxygen concentration. The result shows that the fire prevention technical measures played an important role in temporary stop mining and recovery. 12205 working face resumed production later.
