    • 摘要: 针对神东补连塔煤矿顶板岩层厚度较大,强度不高,整体性好的基本特征,选取补连塔煤矿22309工作面作为水力压裂试验点,研究水力压裂对顶板岩层的弱化及初次放顶垮落的作用。基于空心包体应变测量技术,实时监测水力压裂工作面上方顶板内部应力状态,分析得到水力压裂工作面顶板压力的变化规律。现场监测表明,水力压裂法降低了顶板来压强度,也减弱了工作面超前支承压力的影响,水力压裂能使顶板及时垮落,其分层分次的特点减小了对采煤工作面的冲击,保证工作面安全回采,是一种有效而可行的采煤工作面初次放顶技术。

       

      Abstract: The hydraulic fracturing technology is mainly used in the control of the surrounding rock of the coal mine roadway, which is weakened by the hard roof. In this paper, according to the basic characteristics of the roof rock formation in the Shendong Bulianta Coal Mine, the strength is not high and the integrity is good. As a hydraulic fracturing test point, the effect of fracturing on the weakening of the roof rock formation and the initial caving is studied. Based on the hollow body strain measurement technology, the internal stress state of the roof above the hydraulic fracturing face was monitored in real time, and the variation law of the roof pressure above the hydraulic fracturing face was revealed. The field monitoring shows that the hydraulic fracturing method reduces the pressure of the roof and the influence of the advance pressure of the working face. The results show that the hydraulic fracturing can make it timely caving by several times, and its hierarchical characteristics reduce the impact on the face and ensure the safe mining of the working face, which is an effective and feasible initial caving technique of working face.
