    • 摘要: 随着钻杆内快速下筛管工艺技术的推广应用,穿层钻孔施工过程中也存在目标煤层松软塌孔问题,普通可开闭式钻头在穿层钻孔岩石段施工时存在钻头寿命短、钻进效率较低的问题;针对该问题设计研发了一种新型三翼可开闭式PDC钻头,并在淮南矿业集团朱集东煤矿进行了现场应用,2只试验钻头平均寿命为436.4 m,寿命提高36.3%;钻头在岩石段施工,钻进效率为16~18 m/h,钻进效率提高约40%,试验钻头解决了现有问题,试验效果良好。

       

      Abstract: With the application and popularization of rapid casing running in drill pipe technology, the problem of hole collapse while drilling in the layer-through borehole is still existing, the normal on-off type drill bit has the problem of short bit life and low drilling efficiency in the construction of the rock section of the layer-through borehole. For this problem this paper introduces a new type of three-winged on-off type PDC drill bit which has been used in Zhujidong Coal Mine which belongs to Huainan Mining Group, the average drilling life of the two bits is 436.4 m, the service life of the bit increased by 36.3%; the drill bit is in the rock section construction, the drilling efficiency is 16 m/h to 18 m/h, the drilling efficiency increases about 40%, the test bit solves the existing problem, the test results are good.
