    Design for a Kind of Intrinsically Safe Power Supply

    • 摘要: 设计了一种本安电源。采用模块化的隔离稳压方法和以模拟电路实现过压过流保护,能够实现交直流电压输入范围9~36 V,恒定输出电压12 V,工作电流≤500 mA。试验结果表明负载效应仅为1% ,源效应小于0.4%,电源整体效率能够达到 83% ,能够稳定可靠地运行。

       

      Abstract: We designed an intrinsically safe power supply. Modular isolation voltage stabilizing method is adopted and overvoltage and over-current protection is realized by analog circuit, the AC / DC voltage input range can be achieved at 9 V to 36 V, with constant output voltage of 12 V; the working current is less than or equal to 500 mA. The test results show that the load effect is only 1%, and the source effect is less than 0.4%. The overall efficiency of the power supply can reach 83%, and it can run stably and reliably.
