    Software Design on Control System for a Kind of Underground Drill Rig in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下坑道钻探恶劣环境对现场操作人员带来的作业危险隐患,设计了可以实现自动操作和人工远程操作双重模式的坑道钻机电控系统,开发了整套自动控制系统软件和远程控制软件,钻机可以实现实时可靠的监测和记录。钻机具备自动钻进和装卸钻杆功能,降低了工人的劳动强度。该电控系统软件的开发,可极大降低操作人员危险性并提高钻进效率。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the hidden dangers of harsh environment of underground tunnel drilling on site operators, we design underground drill rig control system with automatic and remote control dual mode software, and we develop software for automatic control system and remote control. Drilling rigs can realize reliable monitor and record in real time. The drilling rig has the function of automatic drilling and loading and unloading, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers. The development of the electronic control system can greatly reduce the risk of operators and improve the drilling efficiency.
