    Design of Rotary System for All Hydraulic Truck-mounted Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 在分析全液压车载钻机回转系统负载特性的基础上,开发了双泵、双回路控制的液压控制系统,满足正常钻进时快速回转及慢速回转卸扣的需求。系统通过远程溢流阀实现定扭矩拧卸钻杆,保护钻具丝扣;设计了补油回路,回转器受到冲击时,油液会补充到正反转驱动油路,避免马达出现吸空现象。系统应用于ZMK5530TZJ60型车载钻机,在山西晋煤集团寺河矿施工完成1口多分支煤层气水平连通井,主孔深度1 358 m,验证了回转回路设计的合理性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of analyzing load characteristics of full hydraulic truck-mounted rotary system, a hydraulic control system with two-pump and two-circuit control was designed. The system achieves constant torque through remote relief valves which can protect the screw of drilling tool. An oil feeding circuit is designed. When the rotor is impacted, the oil will be added to the positive and reverse drive oil circuit to avoid the phenomenon of suction. A coalbed methane well with the drilling length of 1 358 meters in Jincheng Sihe Coal Mine was successfully drilled by ZMK5530TZJ60 type truck-mounted drilling rig, which validated the rationality and reliability of the designed feeding circuit.
