    • 摘要: 为了优化陈四楼煤矿十二采区通风系统,根据矿井生产实际,结合北翼总回风巷及十二采区运输巷的用途,充分利用已有的生产系统,设计了工程量省、施工安全便捷、影响范围小的底板风桥,通过对加强支护、设备防护、拉底施工、通风管理、瓦斯防治、架棚支护、浇筑混凝土等施工要点的管理,既安全、高效地完成了底板风桥施工,又确保了矿井生产秩序的正常,风桥实施后,支护稳定,通风可靠,效果良好。

       

      Abstract: In order to optimize the ventilation system of No.12 mining area in Chensilou Coal Mine, according to mine production practice, combined with the using of the main return of the north wing and the belt lane in No.12 mining area, and making full use of the existing production system, the paper proposes the bottom air bridge which has the advantages of little influence on the original production system, less engineering quantity, convenient construction. By taking the control on key links, like as the roadway reinforcement, equipment protection, blasting from the bottom, airflow control, prevention and control on gas, support of steel beam, concrete block and so on, all these ensured the safe, fast and efficient construction of air bridge, and the normal production order of the coal mine at the same time. The project has good effect on supporting stability and reliable ventilation.
