    • 摘要: 为了解决鸡西矿业集团滴道盛和煤矿复合型顶板条件下不规则块段、边角零星块段煤炭资源安全高效的回采,介绍了组合滑移液压支架在该矿井中的应用。采用理论计算和现场数据采集分析相结合的方法,研究了组合滑移支架在该煤层赋存条件下使用的稳定性。研究表明:不同顶板条件下,组合滑移支架前、后支柱承受主要载荷不同,支架工作阻力未超过其额定工作阻力,而对直接顶破碎较严重地段适应性一般。组合滑移支架总体上适应矿井生产地质状况,并能够满足矿井生产需求,取得了一定技术经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coal resources safety and efficient recovery in irregular block segments and corner fragments under the complex roof support in Didaoshenghe Mine of Jixi Mining Group, this paper introduces the application of combined sliding support in this mine. Combining theoretical calculation and field data acquisition and analysis, the stability of the combined sliding support in the coal seam is studied. Results show that the front and rear columns of the combined sliding support are subjected to different main loads under the different roof conditions, and the working resistance of the support is within its rated working resistance range, and the adaptability of the vertical section is common. The combined sliding support is generally used in the mine production geology, and can meet the demand of mine production and obtain some technical and economic benefits.
