    Research and Application of Calculation Method of Gas Emission Sub-source at Fully Mechanized Coal Face

    • 摘要: 为了精确得到综采工作面各瓦斯涌出源的瓦斯涌出量,利用现场实测与数学计算模型相结合的研究方法,以沙曲煤矿14205综采工作面为研究对象,采用分段测定法对瓦斯浓度与风速进行实测,以实测数据为基础参数,利用综采工作面瓦斯涌出分源计算模型对检修班期间综采工作面煤壁及采落煤瓦斯涌出和采空区瓦斯涌出规律进行研究,通过计算得到煤壁及采落煤瓦斯涌出量占综采工作面瓦斯涌出总量的61.2%,采空区瓦斯涌出量占综采工作面瓦斯涌出总量的38.8%。

       

      Abstract: In order to get the accurate gas emission quantity of gas emission sources in fully mechanized working face, the research method is based on the combination of field measurement and mathematical calculation model. Taking 14205 fully mechanized face of Shaqu Coal Mine as the research object, in this paper, the gas concentration and wind speed of the fully mechanized working face were measured by piecewise measurement method. Based on the measured data, by using calculation model of gas emission sub-source in fully mechanized coal face, gas emission of coal wall and broken coal and gas emission laws of gob were researched during the maintenance period. The results obtained by calculation showed that gas emission rate of coal wall and broken coal accounted for 61.2% of the total gas emission rate of fully mechanized coal face, and gas emission rate of gob accounted for 38.8% of the total gas emission rate of fully mechanized coal face.
